What does the 1-year warranty cover?

Our 1-year warranty covers manufacturing or material defects under normal usage conditions. This includes, for example, air leaks, faulty valves, or stitching issues. Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or inadequate storage is not covered by the warranty.

We strive to process your order within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days depending on the shipping address. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or weather conditions.

Yes! You have 14 days to return the product if it is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service to initiate the return process.

Most of our SUP boards come as a complete set, which includes:

Yes! Many of our models are designed with extra stability and easy handling, making them ideal for beginners. We also offer boards for advanced users. Feel free to contact us for personalized recommendations!

Use the included high-pressure pump and inflate the board to the recommended PSI (see the board manual). Do not overinflate! Always check the pressure before going on the water.

To keep your SUP in excellent condition during storage, follow these tips:

  • After use, rinse it thoroughly with clean water and dry it completely before packing it away.

  • Store it in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

  • Don’t keep it fully inflated for extended periods if you’re not using it – let some or all of the air out.

For longer storage, roll it up loosely and store it in the bag to avoid creases.
