Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Note: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, used or opened products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used boards and accessories.
  • Clearance or sale items.
  • Gift cards or promotional products.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at contact@supcentrum.com with your order number and reason for return.
    Do not forget to attach the receipt to the e-mail.
  2. In the case of a defective or damaged product(s), please also attach a clear photo of the product(s).
  3. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization if eligible.
  4. Ship the item(s) back to us at the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing contact@supcentrum.com as soon as possible
  • Include photos of the damage or defect along with your order details.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, contact us at contact@supcentrum.com as soon as possible
Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and you will need to follow the return process.
